There are multiple spots in the area. The location mentioned offers the best views, but it has a steep slope. There are other areas nearby with more level ground. The access trials are generally easy, but be aware of low hanging branches that may make it difficult for larger vehicles. We were able to find a route for our expedition truck, but it took some exploration. This spot is not suitable for RVs.
