There is a fantastic location on a hill with a beautiful view of the valley and the Caucasus. To get there, you can follow the road leading to the Tetri Giorgi monastery. Although it may not be visible on Google Maps, you can find it on maps.me. Once you reach the monastery, there is a clearly marked path to the right. Let's all do our part to maintain the cleanliness of this area. Additionally, there is a newly constructed asphalt road leading to the monastery.
The spot is very good with a beautiful view and it is level. Some locals came to enjoy the place on a Monday evening, but they left at 10 pm. They kindly invited us to share three beers with them! The paved road to access the monastery is actually a little further on the left when coming from Telavi, contrary to what the GPS indicates.
Great location! Quiet and with a beautiful view, it has a peaceful atmosphere and is easily accessible. We left it even cleaner than we found it, so please do the same :)
