Stay at Knaus campsite, a peaceful RV park offering a popular restaurant and friendly staff. We spent one night in our motorhome and had the option to choose a campsite (price unknown) or use the parking space. We were able to conveniently empty and clean our waste tank and refill our toilet with fresh water.
The parking space costs 14€, plus a tourist tax, and includes electricity and waste disposal. Some of the spaces are angled and may be too small for larger RVs. The location behind the restaurant can result in unpleasant odors from old grease. The garbage area is right next to it. Overall, it is an acceptable place to stay for one night.
We had a great experience staying at the campsite for a week. The staff was very friendly and the restroom facilities were excellent, with special accommodations like left-handed toilets and raised seats for women. There were both sunny and shady spots available, as well as summer activities and barbecue nights.
