The campsite is open from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. It is a convenient place to stop when traveling to and from Sicily. We offer shuttle service and rental of sports equipment. It is located on the south/east slope of the Pollino and is a popular winter resort for mountain sports. There are museums, canyons, archaeological sites, and the sea, all within a 20-minute drive. You can find pastry and focaccia just 1 km away. To reach the campsite, take via Aldo Moro (truck road) to go around the town, not through it. We are constantly improving the campsite and I, the owner, am personally invested in making it better. We welcome all visitors, tents are included. The well-maintained parking area is situated beautifully beneath the rocky walls of the Calabrian mountains. Antonio, the friendly and helpful operator, provides information about possible activities and hikes in the surrounding area. Several grocery stores are within walking distance. The town of Frascineto is quite interesting, so be sure to visit the church from inside, it's worth it. We would love to come back.
The services provided were as described, with convenient loading and unloading. The pitches were located on grass but exposed to sunlight.
