There is a spacious area, consisting of both gravel and meadow, exclusively for mobile homes. The municipality offers this location free of charge. It is conveniently located near a cold stream, perfect for a refreshing morning swim. Access is only 100 meters away from the cable car station. Visitors are kindly requested to maintain cleanliness. There are two water connections provided with a hose, but no other services are available. For restroom facilities, a public toilet is accessible at the cable car station during daylight hours.
This location is a wonderful spot to enjoy some peace and quiet in nature. It is conveniently located near a refreshing river and even has a waterpoint. We had a pleasant experience spending the night here alongside five other Swiss vans. The road leading to this place was impressive, although it may be a bit narrow at times. Nonetheless, we had no issues navigating it with our 7m long and 3.2m high Iveco.
The parking lot is large and easy to access. However, there was no water available during our visit. Despite that, we had a peaceful night. Please remember to keep the area clean as we found several papers scattered around the nearby river.
