This place is really nice, with no noise and a quiet neighbor who has a camper van.

Quiet night. There is a small football training field nearby, but it may not be used on weekends. The large field is on the other side of the marsh. Currently, there is a tournament happening, but the noise level is manageable. The fishermen arrived early without making any noise. It's a pleasant walk around the marsh.
