I confirm that it is more than just a 4x4 because we were driving a 4x4 van and yet we got stuck in the sand. It took us two hours to get unstuck because the bottom of the van was stuck in the sand.

The spot can only be accessed through a sandy track that is suitable for 4x4 vehicles only. However, it is highly recommended to make the detour as the spot is definitely worth visiting.
