We slept here for a night and were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. There were no shady characters around, but instead, lots of young people. We didn't notice anything negative. However, I have to deduct one star due to the litter on the parking lots and the very bumpy driveway.
Caution! Do not go downhill with an old camper van. You will have a difficult time getting back up.
