Located by the canal, this hotel and campsite is situated approximately 18 km away from the center of Berlin. Conveniently, public transport is easily accessible with a bus stop just 0.5 mile away from the campsite. From there, visitors can catch the bus 620, which runs every 20 minutes, to reach Wannsee. From Wannsee, travelers can then take the S7 train line, which operates every 10 minutes.
We stayed here for 2 nights to explore Berlin. The receptionist was very friendly and so was the gentleman. We chose a spot by the canal, which was great. The bathroom facilities are a bit old, but they were always clean. The breakfast and bread service also had friendly staff. However, we had to walk about 10 minutes to reach public transportation, but it had excellent connections to the city center.
This camping site is narrow and long. It is close to the highway, which can be heard, but there is not much else around. If you're looking for a truly peaceful spot, you might have to go to the moon. The bathroom facilities are clean and there is a good chance of getting a spot by the canal.
