We offer a basic parking area located at the bathing place in Jukkasjärvi, just a short distance from the Icehotel. There are no services available, but the parking lot is conveniently situated near a small sandy beach. The lake water is clear and inviting. The parking area is free from official restrictions and is at least 100m away from residential areas. It can accommodate 1-2 campers and is suitable for an overnight stay, but not for extended camping.
It is also used for storing construction materials. Located directly next to the road, with houses visible nearby. Even though all regulations are followed, I prefer to continue driving. It lacks charm and is crowded with other trucks. It could be an option for someone arriving late and leaving early, as the road is quiet.
