The parking lot is spacious but lacks a special view. However, the restaurant at Belvédère just above offers a magnificent view of Lake Bourget. There are several possible hiking trails, but they are not well signposted.

There is a spacious and peaceful parking lot near the upper portion of Belvedere de la Chambotte restaurant. It is rarely used and can accommodate many vehicles. Just a short distance away, you can enjoy the stunning panoramic view of Lake Bourget from the Belvedere. Although the road leading up to an altitude of 710 meters has some curves, it is not difficult to navigate, even for larger vehicles like a 7.30-meter motorhome. However, please note that if you approach from La Biolle, the road on the other side is restricted to vehicles under 6 meters and may be more challenging.

We stayed there overnight. The parking area was peaceful once the restaurant's customers had left.
