There are two parking spaces on a gravel surface. It is calm at night. The Indemann monument is beautifully illuminated.
I had a restless night and the next day I found a parking fine on my windshield, claiming that I had parked without a valid parking ticket. They attached a picture of the valid parking ticket as evidence. When I contacted the local authorities, they informed me that it is not allowed to park in the same spot for consecutive days. However, there was no clear indication or warning about this rule.
This place is not worth your time, effort, or money due to its lack of interest. It is recommended to avoid it.
We have had a night alone here. From 12 midnight until the morning, it was quiet. It is a beautiful place with a view of the Indemann and great for hiking. The parking fee for 24 hours is 2 €.
