Camping Lou Soulei

This camping site is not recommended for many reasons. It primarily caters to permanent mobile home residents, therefore the areas designated for tents and living vehicles are located far away from the entrance, pool, and restaurant. The facilities such as showers, laundry areas, and common spaces are poorly maintained and not cleaned regularly. Additionally, there is a lack of garbage bins along the streets. The camping plots have little to no grass and even some construction debris can be found. There is a bus service available (C-8) for transportation to Marseille.

This is a dog-friendly campsite located right by the sea. While they usually do not accept self-converted campers, I was not turned away since I was traveling alone. The reception staff were friendly. However, the price of 40 euros per night is quite expensive. The sanitary facilities are decent, and the pitches are also good. There is a supermarket just around the corner, and the beach is less than two minutes away.

This campground does not receive any stars...better to look elsewhere and find another place!! We booked 2 nights with our camper van and paid the full rate, only to find out that we were not allowed to access the swimming pool which is reserved for long-term stays. The reception was unpleasant...
