Access this place via a 3km gravel road, seems neglected and overgrown. Adjacent to a hunting ground, we turned back and slept at the last rest area before exiting Croatia. Not recommended.

Located just a 15-minute drive from the nearest highway, there is a tranquil lake and village called "Virovi". This serene spot is popular among locals who seek relaxation and immersion in nature. While it can get crowded around May 1st, there are usually only a few fishermen around. The location is conveniently situated next to the road and the lake, making it less private. It is ideal for an overnight stay, offering river docks for fishing, shaded areas made of wood, and BBQ facilities. Although there are not many on-site amenities, a short 5-10 minute drive will take you to a charming newly built hotel, complete with a restaurant, café, children's playground, and even a sauna, all nestled in the midst of the forest.
