De Veenkuil is a natural camping site situated in the largest and oldest forest in the Noordoostpolder. It is located on the former seabed of the Zuiderzee. At this camping spot, you can enjoy a swim in the water from a small beach. Children can have fun on the play equipment, and in the evening, you can look for game from the deer hide. The site has a well-kept lawn with trees in the middle, and accommodates tents, caravans, and motorhomes. There are sanitary facilities available and pets are allowed. Winter camping is also available.
