This spacious area features large sections of shady pine and deciduous trees. It is situated right next to its own beach, which includes a separate dog beach accessible via a footbridge. Visitors can enjoy activities such as mini golf, playgrounds, outdoor fitness equipment, tennis and soccer fields, and a pool with a baby pool. Dog owners can take advantage of the designated dog lawn. Amenities on-site include a small supermarket, restaurant, and multiple wash houses. While the space shows signs of age, it is well-maintained. Please note that due to the current "Corona season," the space is limited to a maximum occupancy of ten percent (as of July 2020).

Quiet campsite with a lack of a traditional camping atmosphere due to the high number of permanent residents who don't greet others. The sanitary facilities are acceptable but old and not very clean. The price of 44 euros per night, including a dog, is not worth it. The beach water is murky and very warm. The pool is okay, but there are few sunbeds and they are often occupied. There are enjoyable sports facilities available and the city of Grado can be reached by bicycle in 25 minutes.

Quiet place with great opportunities for dogs. The sanitary facilities are clean, although we had to get used to the missing toilet seats. The sea has a shallow entrance, making swimming hardly possible. SUP is good. The dog beach and the completely fenced dog meadow were our personal highlights. Compared to other places on the Adriatic, it offers good value for the price.
