The land near the castle and playground is spacious and has adequate shade. It is also conveniently located, with open spaces available for TV reception just 100m away.
There is a parking area near a small village, a beautiful tower, a cemetery, and a pine forest. The ground is covered with gravel. In the morning, there is pedestrian traffic of people exercising. It is peaceful, with trash bins and glass recycling containers available. We spent a peaceful night there.
I got caught up in narrow streets while following Google Maps through the city center of Barbentane. Some locals had to assist me in reversing my way out.
