This place is beautifully located by the lake. In late September, there were only 3-4 vehicles per day (we stayed for 7 days). Taking a bus is only recommended outside of rush hour; otherwise, it's better to use UBER or Yandex-Taksi for around 5-6 Euros per ride during peak times. The shower is fine, but the back entrance of the hotel is not as inviting. The staff is quite nice and helpful. The hotel's infrastructure is another advantage, with amenities like a restaurant.
