Michelle is indeed nice. However, we felt that the excursion (€50 per person) was mandatory if we wanted to stay. The concept of reciprocal service exchange is appealing, but this wasn't really the vibe here. There was no information provided about the location and the staff at the center was not very friendly. They stayed late at the bar and kept bright lights on at night. Quite disappointing.
Great location near the lake and a beautiful beach. The horseback ride to the ocean was excellent, definitely worth 5 stars! It would have been helpful to have more information upon arrival.
