Kosta Lodge is a fantastic campground in Sweden. The price includes electricity, showers, toilets, 2 Jacuzzis and 2 pools. They also have a private lake for fishing and a BBQ area on the lawn. It's located next to a forest, but the campsites are on gravel. It's just a 10-minute drive to the moose park. Additionally, in the nearby area, there are glass and crystal factories and art attractions to visit.
This place is suitable for a one-night stay. It is a gravel parking area with individual wooden platforms for each spot, which adds a cozy touch. The children enjoyed the swimming pool as a nice change from the lakes. However, it is important to note that there are only two toilets available, which are located inside the showers. This means that if they are occupied, access to the toilets is not possible. Nonetheless, the cleanliness is good.
As of June 2019, there is still no electricity available at the location. The nightly rate is 250 Kronen. It is a peaceful place to park your vehicle on a gravel surface, but please note that the pond is not suitable for swimming. The toilet is located in the basement of the hotel.
