This location is very peaceful, especially outside of the bathing season. However, it can be a bit pricey for a parking spot without electricity, restroom, and water and sewage connections.

The city of Weinfelden has created four designated parking spaces for mobile homes at the outdoor pool. Each space is 8 meters long and located on asphalt. While driving is not permitted on the premises, motorhomes are allowed to drive up to the parking spaces. To register, guests can either visit the outdoor or indoor pool, or use the camper check-in option with a QR code on site. It's important to note that there are no services or trash cans available, so visitors are kindly requested to take everything with them when they leave. During my visit in September, the outdoor pool was already closed, resulting in a peaceful atmosphere during the day with occasional passersby such as dogs or cyclists. Guests using the parking spaces are eligible for a 30 percent discount on daily admission to the outdoor pool (Thurbad), indoor pool, and public ice skating at the ice rink. This discount can be availed by presenting the booking confirmation. Additionally, access to showers and toilets is included in the admission.
