We stayed overnight at a different parking spot near some ponds. To find it, turn left in front of the pond and drive between two other ponds. This spot is more secluded due to the surrounding trees. There were some small flies, but thankfully no mosquitoes during our visit in late September. As we were leaving at 8AM, we noticed some fishermen arriving. Overall, it was a peaceful and pleasant place to spend the night.
