This rest area is pleasant and has a calm atmosphere, despite being near the E39 road. It is particularly quiet during the night, with only the sound of the river in the background. The picnic benches are relatively new and there is a walking/hiking trail that leads to the river. It is highly suitable for a one-night stay, as there are no signs prohibiting overnight parking.
