The area appears to be neglected with functioning parking lots, but non-functional power posts and no available assistance. The loading/unloading area works well and there is a tap with a one-inch thread. The playground is in poor condition and the grass is very tall. It could be a great place if it were well-maintained. The local government should be notified to improve the area. There is also a nearby greenway with many possibilities for routes.
