Camping Hopfreben is a conveniently located campsite near Brunnen, just a 5-minute walk away. From there, you have easy access to the boat that will take you to the Grütli meadow (Rütli). The campsite is also close to the "Swiss road".
A group of four individuals paid €70 to park their camper van on a gravel plot without a view of the lake, but with a view of the toilet. There was continuous construction noise from 7 am to 10 pm on the site. However, they found a lovely, uncrowded beach nearby. The restroom facilities appeared to be in good condition, although they did not use them.
