There is a convenient parking area in a forested hiking spot. Only 500 meters away, there is a wooden hut with a barbecue, firewood, and a dry toilet. It's a peaceful place to spend the night and a great starting point for walks in the surrounding forest. The parking area can accommodate around 6 cars or 4 campers. You can find it approximately 900 meters east of road No. 12089 and a short distance south of Kiikkumäentie road in Matilda.

We arrived in the morning with our large camper (7.5m) and were lucky to find enough space to park. There were only two other cars. However, as it was a weekend and the weather was good, the parking lot was completely full afterwards. We were alone at night with a roof tent. It was nice and quiet with a few dog walkers in the morning.
