The owner was present when I visited. A key for a water tap is in the mailbox. This tap is located on the opposite side of the house from the mailbox, near the area for toilet disposal.

The location behind a warehouse is quiet and peaceful. It has facilities for disposing of gray and black water, as well as filling fresh drinking water. A wooden terrace is available for meals, and it's easy to cycle to the nearby city.
