Showers are only available during the cable car's opening hours (7am to 2pm). The toilets are open all night and kept clean. There are plenty of parking spaces available. The rates are 15 euros for 12 hours, 20 euros for 24 hours, and 5 euros for a shower. If you arrive in the evening, the attendant will leave a note on your windshield for payment. It can be a bit noisy, so it's best to park away from the cable car ticket office to minimize noise. There is a bar nearby that closes around 10pm.

Bovec Base Camp is a lovely campsite with clean facilities, offering pitches for motorhomes at the back of the Kanin Cable Car's paved parking area. It costs €20 per night, including the use of the campsite's new and clean toilets and showers. They have washing machines and dryers available for a fee, but unfortunately, there is no access to electricity. The owners are very friendly.
