In the summer, it's very hot and there is no shade. The area is not attractive, as there is a lot of trash, unusual people, barking dogs, and planes flying overhead. Other locations by the lake might be more pleasant.

The location is beside a lake with a solid off-road driveway. It's quiet, with limited disturbances. Public transport is available about 800 meters away, taking around 40 minutes to reach the city center. A small shop and bakery are nearby, making it suitable for longer stays.
