Strandcamping Süd offers a pleasant motorhome area with a restaurant and well-maintained sanitary facilities. Additionally, guests can enjoy the convenience of a nearby farmer in the evenings and a baker in the mornings. The campground is situated right by the lake, providing a refreshing swimming experience.
A beautiful place situated by a small lake. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and creates a family-like atmosphere. They have table tennis and foosball available. The restroom facilities are clean and well-equipped. Within a 10-minute walk, you can find a Spar supermarket and a self-service store with local products. We were able to find a great spot without prior reservation. Overall, it was a wonderful stay for us.
We paid €55 for a camper van with 2 people and a dog, without electricity due to a charger malfunction caused by the rain. It was too expensive for what was offered, and we wouldn't return. The camping spots have limited shade and are not very wide, resulting in crowded campers. The lake had overflowed due to the rain, with most spots being muddy and the entrance to the lake being a mess. This should lower the price of the spots, but it doesn't. There is a €1 charge for water filling, which seems unnecessary given the already high prices. The facilities are insufficient for the number of people staying, with a bad smell in the showers and not much cleanliness. It's a rip-off!
