There is a small area to stop off the A36 road, which can accommodate one large van, possibly two small vans. While I had to stop here due to a breakdown, I found it to be a pleasant spot. It is surrounded by fields and is very peaceful, with very little traffic. Note that this may vary on Sundays or bank holidays.

This lay-by is a cozy spot that provides a sense of seclusion from busy roads, with only 2-4 cars passing by per hour on a Friday evening. Although it may be a bit muddy during November, it appears to have a solid surface rather than just mud. Additionally, it is level, making it suitable for parking.
