Camping VKT Gerstekot is a peaceful campsite where you can enjoy a serene and tranquil environment.
The campsite's owner was friendly, and the facilities, though slightly outdated, were well-maintained. However, there were some issues with rats on the premises, which made us feel unsafe during our stay. It appeared that the campsite mostly accommodated long-term guests. Overall, we do not recommend this campsite.
We were initially hesitant due to some negative comments, but we were pleasantly surprised with our experience. While the amenities are basic, they include toilets and showers that are in good condition. We paid a reasonable price of €29 for a two-person stay, which included electricity and water.
