The nearby main road is busy even during the night with lots of cyclists and joggers around. However, people tend to swim on the opposite side of the riverbank. On the bright side, accessing the canal is really convenient.

This location is situated on the Rhine Main Danube Canal, making it a convenient starting point for a bike ride. It is easily accessible, around 5 minutes from B2a or 8 minutes from the highway. Please note that the last 300 meters consist of a well-maintained dirt road, followed by an asphalt parking area located on the edge of a shaded forest.

This location is familiar to us as we live nearby. It's a great spot for those arriving late and needing a place to stay, and you can even take a swim in the nearby canal in the morning. However, it's worth noting that the B2 road is busy and can be heard from the location. Despite this, it doesn't bother us. It's not suitable for traditional camping or setting up tables outside.
