A brand new RV parking space is now available directly in Zwenkau harbor.
The parking lot is made of concrete and lacks charm. There are options to either have a view of noisy sailing boats or overgrown bushes. Unfortunately, the beautiful lake cannot be seen. Despite the affordable price and pleasant gastronomy, we couldn't be convinced to stay. A suggestion to the operators: trim the bushes - your guests would surely appreciate it.
There is a large area located at the harbor of Zwenkauer Lake. It has a parking lot-like atmosphere but does not offer any facilities for waste disposal. The view of the water is partially obstructed by hedges and bushes. However, visitors have access to a sandy beach for swimming.
There is no shower available at the location. The harbor master made mistakes when listening and connected the wrong power box, which resulted in the need to move to another area as the harbor master was no longer present. The spaces in the middle are uneven, so regular leveling blocks are not sufficient. The view of the power plant in the background adds to the overall dissatisfaction.
