The picnic area offers comfortable seating and tables, perfect for relaxing and allowing children to play freely. It is surrounded by trees, providing ample shade. Though resting is possible, we have not taken the opportunity to do so.
This is a peaceful location, even though there is a train track nearby. Trains only pass by at night and there is no noise. The place is surrounded by trees and has picnic tables and garbage bins. There is also a small chapel and locals come here for walks in the morning. We had a peaceful night. There is an open field and further ahead is the parking area. Be careful at night, as there are many rabbits, so drive slowly.
We came from the north, going from 20°C to 50°C, quite a change... This place saved our lives. There is a barrier that can be opened to let the camper pass. Lots of shade and a water source. As soon as we arrived, we filled up our water containers and poured it over ourselves. We were alone. We had some food and then left. We almost died, it's true.
