The staff were not seen, so I cannot comment on their friendliness. It was not necessary but would have been nice. The domain is beautiful and has a stunning view of vineyards. However, there is quite a bit of noise from passing traffic. The water source is far from the campers. It's fine if you only need to fill one bottle, but if you need to fill up for two people to shower, it would be better to have an additional faucet near the campers.
