The Camping site is conveniently situated near Gate 1 of the DEVA fortress, just a short 150-meter walk away. Although the road leading to the site has a slight incline, it is well-maintained and accessible even for large motor homes. The campground offers shaded areas, barbecues, clean restroom facilities, and showers. Refreshing cold and hot beverages are available at affordable prices. Additionally, guests can conveniently dispose of their waste in the septic tank. The owners are fluent in English, ensuring ease of communication.
A lovely small campsite below the castle. In the evening, there was a live blues concert on the stage, and the entrance fee was included in the 24 Leu. The staff speaks good English. However, getting to the campsite can be challenging due to the steepness and narrowness of the road. Only experienced drivers should come here.
The location is convenient, although accessing it with a large camper may be challenging. The charge is 25lei per adult per night and they offer septic tank disposal. The area appears somewhat untidy due to the family's storage of unnecessary items. Electric supply is available for an additional 10lei, but at a lower capacity since the campsite relies on solar energy. Nevertheless, the view is beautiful.
