There is parking available at the restaurant and mountain hotel, Jägermatt. The owner is fluent in German and French.
The restaurant was closed and experiencing issues with power and water. The seating area was muddy. The host seemed unhappy when we decided to leave, as we did not return to his property quickly enough. It's possible that we chose the wrong time to visit.
There are no services available, but this is the only place where you can spend the night and take a route to Mount Feldberg and Feldsee. The price for one night in a camper van is 14 €. Overnight parking is not allowed in the parking area near the ski resort.
