There is a small campsite located by the beach. It offers full services, including showers and toilets. Payment can be made at the Manse upon arrival. Additional parking is available in the nearby village. This campsite is situated in one of the best locations, with various amenities such as a pub, tea shop, food shop, and two restaurants nearby. Moreover, it provides fantastic views for motorhomes.
Affordable and convenient stopover for £15 with a friendly owner and peaceful environment. Some areas are flat, while others have uneven terrain. It would be good to note that there is a small fee of 50p for the showers, so it's best to have some change on hand. Overall, it's a great campsite, and don't miss out on trying the delicious food and beer at the castle hotel nearby.
Please note that it is not allowed to arrive or depart on Sundays. Unfortunately, we were unable to stay here as we arrived on a Sunday. Therefore, we cannot provide any information about the campground itself.
