On 28.11.19, I couldn't find a usable parking spot. Is this just a promotional gimmick? I won't be visiting the industrial landfill again.
There is a privately owned RV site with 10 pitches located behind a bike shop. The site is well-lit at night and is under video surveillance. The Dörr E-Bike shop is conveniently nearby. Use of the site is free, but a purchase from the Camping Shop is required. Fresh water supply and waste water disposal are available at no cost. However, there is a fee for power consumption, which requires coins. A supermarket and gas station are 1.4km away. There is access to a bike lane just 500m away. The historical town centre of St. Wendel, as well as a golf course and indoor pool, can be reached in 4.6km. Additionally, there are opportunities for swimming and hiking at Lake Bostalsee, which is located 15km away and can be easily accessed by bike.

Great spot for a stopover, free except for electricity (red light means there's still credit on the meter - I didn't notice in time and could have saved €2, the next person can use my €1.50), clean toilet and even a top-notch shower, thank you. Greywater and toilet disposal at the back of the building, unfortunately no fresh water yet, but that's alright.
