This small seasonal pitch is located by the river Oste, close to the "Fährkrug" restaurant. It has 5 parking spaces and includes amenities such as electricity, fresh water, showers, and toilets. While there is no waste disposal, there is a small boat dock available for use. Additionally, guests can enjoy a view of the historic Old Prahm Ferry.
Beautiful location right by the Oste river. During Pentecost, there was a large tent on the parking area. However, it was not a problem to park on a gravel area opposite the restaurant after a short chat with the very friendly ferryman. We also received a history lesson about the historic ferry. Everything was great. Lovely nature. We will return.
Small and cozy, everything is a bit simpler but perfectly adequate. I stayed there during the week and while there was no restaurant service, the shower and toilets were easily accessible. Payment is made by leaving money in the mailbox next to the water supply. The toilets and showers are located in the annex on the left side of the house.
