It is difficult to sleep here due to the loud noise from the windmills, resembling that of a taking off helicopter. Additionally, our car was unexpectedly hit by a cow, leading us to find an alternative location.
The Oiz Wind Farm features a well-maintained road, although there is a small landslide near the end. The road is steep, but accessible for vans. The views at the top of the climb are stunning. While the noise from the windmills can be slightly bothersome when standing close to them, it is negligible when inside a parked van near the Hermitage. Iberdrola cars occasionally pass by, but no one bothers or disturbs visitors. There is also a picnic area with tables, and the Hermitage offers a place to barbecue and sit.
