Located near Sofia, this area is popular among fishermen. Unfortunately, like many places in Bulgaria, it is affected by waste. It is suitable for an overnight stay as it is very peaceful. However, please note that the access road has significant potholes. A regular 2-wheel drive vehicle should be fine if driven cautiously.
This place near the city is a great spot for an overnight stay. There are a few areas around the lake that are quite littered, but this one was clean. Maybe someone had cleaned it up before. Let's all do our part and keep it clean, it's so nice to arrive at a tidy place.
