There is a designated parking area for 2 mobile homes near the Strodehne water hiking area on the Havel. It is a flat meadow without any shade. The parking area has facilities like a playground, toilets, picnic areas, and a grill. There is also a boat launch available. There are cycling and hiking trails that lead to the nearby Schröder fisherman's restaurant, which is approximately 1.5 km away. Additionally, there is a restaurant in the town.
This is a very beautiful water recreation area where you can have a nice time. However, there are no facilities such as toilets, waste disposal, or electricity, except for the great spot on the outskirts of the town. If you are self-sufficient, it can be wonderful.
We found this place by chance and also met the friendly farmer nearby. He offers the place for free and maintains it regularly by mowing the grass. He doesn't ask for anything, but he was very happy when we gave him a small thank you.
