There are nice spots for day visitors. Dogs can go to the beach after the harbor, which is a 5-minute walk. The camping beach looks nice but is not allowed for dogs.

Blokkebukta Camping is one of the two camping sites in the town of Helgeroa, which is located in Larvik Kommune. In the vicinity of Blokkebukta, you can find the picturesque Helgeroa Harbour with three restaurants: Bryggekanten, Sydvesten, and Gamle Helgeroa Marina. Additionally, there is a ferry service from Helgeroa to Langesund, which runs a few times a day and takes approximately one hour each way.
