Quinta da Cavada is a family-run motorhome park located in Souto de Cima near Leiria, Portugal. The description of the campsite was a bit misleading. It is actually located in a backyard with some animals inside a fence. We were expecting something different. The access road is very steep and the gate is made of wire, making it difficult to open and close. The owner greeted us from his balcony on top of the hill without speaking. There was a lot of weeds and the ground was not level. We appreciate the overnight stay.
