The pub offers parking for motorhomes at a rate of £10 per van per night. It has a friendly atmosphere with good food and entertainment but can get quite busy.
In late September, we visited Tanhill Inn and paid £10 per person per night, with half donated to a local charity. We enjoyed good weather, walks, and beer. The site had outside showers, toilets, and fresh water. The area with a gate remains locked, but there are other free spots for camper vans.
Tan Hill Inn offers a great experience with warm weather, tasty food, and live music, especially during the August bank holiday weekend. It's also a fantastic place for stargazing.
