Osea leisure campsite is a tidy and peaceful location, especially during weekdays. It is conveniently located just 100m away from the Blackwater estuary. Currently, there are only three out of the twenty available places occupied as of July 4th.
We paid £39 for a VW campervan for 2 people, but found it to be too expensive for what was offered. The washrooms were okay, but the dishwashing facilities were not great. There was a self-shooting system every 30 minutes, possibly to scare away birds. Overall, it was okay for one night.
The campsite appeared nice on paper, but in reality it was just average. The bathrooms and showers were dirty, as they hadn't been cleaned for three days. The grey water drainage system wasn't usable unless you had a specific pipe or tank. Despite these drawbacks, the location was pleasant, with a beautiful playground, and the staff was friendly.
