There is a scenic route by the river that leads to a nearby monastery. It is a great spot to spend the night before exploring the surrounding area.
There is a path running alongside the river below the road. We spent an entire weekend there. It's very peaceful during the off-season, with only a few walkers. The monastery is a 15-minute walk away. You can also take a walk in the hills by following the path that goes between the two companies (just after the bridge).
This is a great place for a one-night stay. It is located near a river, although there isn't an easily accessible spot to go down to the water. There are fishermen nearby, so it is quiet and peaceful. The Monastery is also close by, so there may be some tourists passing through in the morning. It's also near the border.
