We spent a night there. It was very peaceful as this parking area is a bit away from the road leading to Wernigerode. There is a picnic table with benches available. However, there are no toilets or trash bins, so please take your trash with you. There is no cell phone network available, but you can enjoy pure nature with bird songs and a small stream.
Quiet spot with direct access to a beautiful stream. Perfect for a one-night stay. In the morning, there were a few wood transports passing by, but it wasn't a problem.
